How can I enroll in an open online Conecta13 course?

To register and then enroll in the open and online training modality of your choice, all you have to do is click on the "Register" button and complete the requested information. You only need to register the first time you access the digital environment in which the training modality you are going to study is offered. To later enroll in any open online Conecta13 course, you only have to log in.

What if I have trouble registering, enrolling, logging in, or accessing the course?

Many problems with registration, login, or access are caused by problems with the browser. Try withany of these actions:

  • Switch to a current version of Chrome or Firefox.
  • Check your browser settings to make sure JavaScript and cookies are enabled.
  • Empty the browser cache.

How do I log in to take part in my open course?

Once you enroll in an open online course and activate your account, press the Login button on the main page and enter your email address and password. This will take you to your dashboard, with access to each of your active courses.

What happens if I have to abandon the open online course that I am taking? Will I be able to enroll again in a future edition of the same and / or in another course in the future?

Enrollment and participation in an open online Conecta13 course is free. There are absolutely no penalties related to your abandonment. You can enroll in the same course (as long as we are still offering it) and / or others at a later time.

What happens if I forget my password?

Click on the button Forgot your password? on the login screen. Enter the email you used when registering and we will send you instructions to reset your password.

What if I dont receive an account activation and / or password reset email?

If you did not receive an automated email, it may be because:

  • A mistake was made when typing your email address.
  • Your spam filter may have captured the email. Please check your spam folder.
  • You may be using an old browser. We recommend that you download the current version of Firefox or Chrome.
  • Javascript is disabled on your browser. Please check your browser settings and confirm that JavaScript is enabled.
  • You have not successfully registered for the digital learning environment. Please register again with the same email address (if there is already an account created with that email address, you will see an error regarding a duplicate email address).

If you continue to have problems activating your account, we recommend that you try creating a new account. There is no need to do anything about the old account. If it is not activated via the link in the email, it will disappear after 30 days of inactivity. If, despite everything, you still have problems, please report your incident through the Contact link that you can find at the bottom of the page.

Can I delete my account?

You do not need to delete your account, as any inactive account disappears within a month of not being used.
